A chieftain of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) Mr Ayemidejor Austine has described  Hon Festus Ovie Agas the Chief of Staff govt house Asaba as detribalized politician who has distinguished himself over time as a lover of good governance.

Mr Ayemidejor made the statement while congratulating the erstwhile Chief strategist on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

The erstwhile commissioner of higher education said the former SSG is a friend and brother, a gentle kind-hearted man, an Administrator per excellence, a technocrat, an illustrious son of Urhobo land, highly detribalized politician, a great asset to our dear Delta State and our great party, the People's Democratic Party.

"Today on behalf of my family and noble political associates, I join your family, well wishers and indeed the good people of Delta State both at home and in diaspora to wish you many more years of wisdom and sound Health, I also pray that the Lord continue to protect, provide and prosper you always" The statement added.

Federal Ministry of Agriculture and NSPRI trains ADP staff on post harvest management

By Stephanie Ikanone Odiete In a bid to curb post-harvest losses among farmers in the country the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and the Nigeria Stored Product Research Institute (NSPRI) organized a training program for staff of the Agricultural Development Projects (ADP) selected from states in the South-South and South East geopolitical zones of the country began training on technological innovation in post-harvest management in Sapele, Delta State. The program which started on  October 18th, 2021 is scheduled to end on Friday October 22nd, 2021.
